Virtual Webinar 30 April  1 May 2025 –The Scientific and Technical Advisory Panel (STAP) conducted two virtual webinars on Strengthening Theory of Change and Risk Management in Global Environment Facility (GEF) Projects and Programs. These meetings brought together 71 participants drawn from various GEF Agencies.  

As GEF intensifies its ambition for transformational change in the face of mounting environmental challenges, STAP continues to refine tools that strengthen the design and delivery of impactful projects. During the webinar, STAP provided updated guidance on two critical enablers of effective project design and implementation: Theory of Change and Risk Management, with a specific focus on innovation risk.
